At the time, the man was undergoing treatment for cancer, so she couldn’t leave him alone.
“My dad is my best friend and I should have been there by his side.”
It is true that her father loves all animals, but he is more of a dog lover and never had a cat.
He didn’t find cats supportive before he met Potato. However, when he met Sweet Potato, he changed all his ideas about it all.
“Sweet Potato took to it right away and he was simply crazy about my dad ,” Nugent said.
“He never left his side, which is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen.
Sweet Potato always feels that he is needed and this time when we came here he seemed to say, “This is my job now.”
They are still inseparable and do everything together.
“Every time he sees him, he comes and sits in his arms, cuddling with him.
He will jump on my dad’s keyboard while he uses his computer or sit on the papers when my dad sits down to do some paperwork.
He does everything to always be the center of my father’s attention.”
“When I started posting their videos online, the funniest thing was that everyone was comparing them because they both have white moustaches. It makes us laugh a lot.”
We are also happy to note that his health has improved significantly since the day sweet cat became his inseparable companion.
