When Hope For Paws rescued a homeless pit bull named Rosie, it soon became apparent that something was wrong with her.
The dog was very sad and refused to come into contact with the person. One of the rescuers, Eldad Hagar, noticed Rosie was breastfeeding, which means she gave birth just a few days ago.
Eldad immediately freed her from her cage and she frantically ran to the abandoned truck in the junkyard and crawled under the alarmed truck.
Eldad looked around for a moment, but saw no puppies. He thought Rosie just didn’t want to trust a human with her precious babies and show them off.
Eldad decided to follow his instincts and look for puppies again. This time he pulled out his phone and turned on the sounds of crying puppies. Soon, Rosie looked up and looked very worried.
For the next few minutes, Rosie ran after them, Eldad following her with that ringtone still playing on her phone.
Rosie didn’t stop until she reached another dump, but Eldad never saw the puppies.
At one point, Rosie climbed over the ditch and carefully led Eldad to her puppies, which were perfectly camouflaged. In the end, Rosie gave Eldad her 5 puppies.
We have to say, this brave mom dog has done an amazing job of keeping her puppies safe all this time!
