Dogs training in prison is one of the best programs ever which allows inmates to express themselves through them.
Thanks to this program, the prisoners are starting to do well, giving a second chance to the rescye dogs too.
They are trained for the program with a special program, and thanks to this, the possibility of their adoption increases.
Today we want to tell about the beautiful relationship of Steven and Pavlov duo, which they formed during this program.
Pavlov was a stray dog before being rescued, whom they found in the New Leash on Life program, meeting Stephen.
When they met, Steven had no idea how to train him, but that was only the beginning of their strong bond.
Soon they were already doing everything together: eating, sleeping, playing and so on.
They were already very attached to each other and two months later Pavlov began to obey his orders.
All that led to Stephen’s progress and thanks to that excellent work, he was released early.
After all that, Stephen realized that he didn’t want to abandon Pavlov, but as much as he wanted to adopt him, it wasn’t an easy decision.
He was not sure what kind of life he would return to and he didn’t even know where to live.
In the end, Pavlov was adopted by Marina Anderson, and she thanked Steven for that.
Years later, Marina thought that it would be possible to surprise Steven and organize a meeting for them.
Therefore, Marina found out where he works and Pavlov and she drove to Steven’s workplace.
When Stephen saw the dog, he couldn’t hold back his tears. They still had that connection and it was so heartwarming.
Since then, they meet often, maintaining their strong bond. What a great story!
