Shelby, a golden retriever, showed the scavenger love every time he came to visit. Josh Byrne didn’t understand what was going on at first and decided to quietly take some shots.
A large orange truck pulled up and stopped in front of the immaculate lawn. The Shelby was not territorial like most dogs. She quickly ran towards the scavenger, who clearly adored her.
Her coat was beautiful and shiny and she got all the love and attention she deserved.
It turned out that while the garbage collector had his usual daily routine, Shelby also had his own schedule. Every time he came to pick up the trash, Shelby would greet him.
They developed a strong friendship, and Byrne was also a good friend of his. The footage shows Shelby rubbing up against two people as they have a friendly conversation.
It was a touching sight as they spoke with Shelby wagging her tail between them. She knows the characters well and Byrne was pleasantly surprised when he learned her secret.
