Owners of the Zed & Co cattle farm in Victoria, Australia are Nick and Marnie Zelinsky.
Their daughter and her best friend were out on a stroll one day on the property.
The girls were startled by an animal’s scream. It appeared to be emerging from underground!
The girl raced off to summon her parents for assistance right away.
Naturally, the entire group of nearby children who wished to help in the rescue effort assembled right away.
When the grownups got at the scene, they dug up some soil where they heard the weeping and discovered a pipe.
It soon became apparent that the victim was trapped there.
Then Nick Zelinsky went in search of some equipment, including a circular saw, and cut the pipe with it.
A little black lamb was dragged into the sunlight. Only a few days old, he was.
I have no idea how he managed to get inside this conduit, which is underneath.
The campaign was dubbed Save Lambo because baby lambs are known as lambos in Australia.
On Australian social media, the rescuers have taken on the roles of heroes.
Although it is our duty to care for our pets, if we also show them care and protection as these girls, it shows that we are still decent people.
When two girls heard a cry, they began to dig in the ground, and it was because of them that a little lamb was saved.
